Transparency matters to us: here you can find out which data is processed when you visit this website and what rights you have.
The controller within the meaning of data protection law, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is:
The following notes provide an overview of what happens to your data when you visit our website. Some of the data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data, for example browser type and operating system.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telecommunications Act (TKG 2003).
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. An informal message to us by e-mail is sufficient.
This website uses session cookies and persistent cookies. The following types, among others, are or were used: Double Click Ads Cookies, Google Ads, Facebook Cookies, Session Cookie CMS.
If you choose another language at the top of the page, the website remembers this choice in the cookie “scf_sprache” for one year. It contains only “de” or “en” and is not passed on to third parties. The cookie is required for the function you have chosen (§ 165(3) TKG 2021).
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files: browser type, operating system, IP address and time. This information is collected anonymously.
This website counts its visits itself, on its own server and without third-party services. Nothing is stored in or read from your browser for this purpose, and no cookies are used. Only daily totals are recorded: how often each page was viewed, which website a visit came from (for example a search engine) and whether it was made from a mobile phone, tablet or computer.
So that a visit on the same day is counted only once, a checksum is generated from the IP address and browser identifier together with a random value that changes daily. The IP address itself is not stored; the checksums and the random value are deleted the following day. This makes it impossible to identify individual persons or to recognise anyone across several days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing the website to meet users' needs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The advertising banners at the edge of the page appear on the home page and on every fifth page you open. For this, your browser counts the pages viewed during your visit in the browser's session storage (sessionStorage). This number does not leave your browser, is not transmitted to us and is deleted when you close the window.
Customer data is processed on the basis of the performance of a contract.
We do not use any forms on our pages that transmit personal data.
This site uses web fonts from Google to display fonts consistently.
If you select “Allow” in the cookie notice, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics sets cookies and records how the website is used, for example pages viewed, time spent, device type, browser and approximate region. Google Analytics 4 does not store complete IP addresses. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The storage period depends on the setting in Google Analytics and is a maximum of 14 months.
