On Saturday, with an early throw-off at 1830:00, SC kelag Ferlach take on HSG XeNTiS Lipizzanerheimat at home.
Having reached the quarter-finals, a win would still give them the chance of home advantage in the quarter-finals.
Coach Robert Begus and his team want to seize this chance.
Florian Ploner: “We have earned this chance. Now we have to take it. The West Styrians are still fighting for a play-off ticket.
That makes them extremely dangerous. The HSG’s foreign players in particular are really good. But we are playing at home and want to win with the help of our crowd. If our defensive performance is right, we will manage it.”
So SC kelag Ferlach want to keep a place in the top 4. That would also be the first time since promotion in 2016.
So on Saturday, the motto is once again
